31 Days of Ghosts presents another tale of mystery and terror. Is it real, urban myth, or a complete fabrication? You decide.
Earlier I told the reason for lights above graves. Well, there is a story that this scientific reasoning can’t explain away so easily.
In a corner of rural Saskatchewan, not far from Regina, there is a lonely cemetery that a small highway passes by. The cemetery is as old as the province, maybe a few years older. And it’s known for the lights that come alive. Floating orbs that shine and hover through the graveyard, and onto the side of the highway.
No one really knows why the lights exist, or what exactly they are doing, but there are those who’ve seen the lights as they’ve driven past the cemetery. The truly mysterious part is that the lights don’t seem to stay at the graveyard. It’s been said that as cars pass by, the driver or passenger will see the lights. Often, they’ll just keep driving. But that’s when the lights start following them.
Many have said that the lights followed closely behind their vehicle for about a mile or so, then just mysteriously vanished.
No one really knows why the lights do what they do, nor is there any explanation for there appearance. Many have tried to explain it away as lights from another car, but many times drivers have said there was no car behind them when the lights appeared.
Is it just a trick of the light late at night? Because that’s the only time these lights are visible.
